As a Hosted Buyer you have the opportunity to select the exhibitors of your choice to meet with at Business Travel market. Through our leading appointment system, we will match you with your preferred exhibitors and provide you with an online schedule in advance of the show opening.
You will also be able to add to these meetings by using the “self-scheduled” appointment tool, to ensure you only meet with the exhibitors that you wish to over the 2 day period.
How does it work?
Hosted Buyers who are qualified to attend Business Travel market will be required to attend at least 7 x 20 minute Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSAs) per day of attendance to the show.
Hosted Buyers will be invited to select the exhibitors that they would like to meet at the show in order of preference. The BTM appointment system will match these preferences to generate a personalised diary for each Hosted Buyer based on their preferences.
Once the appointment match has taken place and the Hosted Buyer has received their personalised diary, it will be possible to request additional diary appointments with exhibitors through the self-scheduled appointment tool. At this stage, exhibitors will also able to contact buyers to request additional meetings. Buyers will have the choice to confirm these requests.
