Over the 6th and 7th November 2013, over 200 exclusively invited UK and International Corporate Travel Buyers will attend Business Travel Market to meet, network and place business with exhibitors and partners.

If you are a senior buyer, procurement professional, decision maker or influencer of Business Travel within your organisation, you could be eligible to attend Business Travel Market as a Hosted Buyer.

Hosted Buyers will benefit from an effective and efficient business environment over two days, which includes a personalised diary of pre-scheduled appointments made with Exhibitors and partners of your choice, as well as the ability to network at exclusive events and enhance professional knowledge through our tailored education programme.

Hosted Buyer Qualification Criteria

If you are a senior decision maker, buyer or influencer on corporate travel strategies within your organisation, you may apply to participate on the Hosted Buyer programme for Business Travel Market.

To qualify, you will need to provide evidence of the following:

  • A senior decision maker with the authority to procure travel category products and services for corporate travel & meetings requirements, both within the UK region and internationally.
  • Annual budget responsibility for consolidated spend in a variety of categories such as air, hotel, ground transportation, expense management, online & venue sourcing
  • Multiple contracted travel management agreements.
  • Buyers falling into the categories of Corporate, Association or Agency across the Corporate Travel and MICE sectors will be considered for application.
  • Past and future events, incentive travel or conferences for Buyers who indicate meetings responsibility as part of their role.

Each application will be individually qualified, therefore we request that applications are made by the buyer themselves and all information provided is accurate and as detailed as possible.

  • Hosted Buyer® Commitment

    As a participant of the Hosted Buyer programme, we require that Buyers fulfill a minimum of seven 20 minute appointments for each day of attendance to the show. These appointments will be matched in advance of the show opening and will be based on Buyer preferences.

    Additionally, further meetings can be requested using the self-scheduled appointment tool.

    Flexible Offers

    For London-based buyers only

    2013 will see the introduction of a new flexible option for Corporate travel Buyers who are based in London.

    We have enhanced the offer for London based buyers to take advantage of being fully hosted, with the option to attend on one or both days of Business Travel Market.

    For International and regional buyers

    For international and regional Buyers who would like to spend time visiting World Travel Market, we are extending the Hosted Buyer Offer to attend WTM on Tuesday, in advance of Business Travel Market. Transport & travel will be arranged accordingly.
