Business Travel Market is the only corporate travel event in the UK based around a full, hosted buyer programme.
Over 16 - 17 June 2010, up to 500, specially invited European and international corporate travel buyers will each receive benefits designed to encourage them to attend Business Travel Market, and to generate the maximum ROI on their time-investment.

* Not included: -Meals; taxis; upgrades for hotel and travel; travel insurance; expenses if travelling; by car and all personal room charges e.g. mini bar, telephone, internet, newspapers, etc.
Hosted Buyer commitment
By accepting the VIP Hosted Buyer package, buyers commit to attend a minimum of four pre-scheduled appointments during their visit using the on-line diary. These appointments can take place on one or over both days of the event.
VIP Hosted Buyer - Qualifications
Hosted Buyers must make budgetary decisions for business travel services, defined as air (scheduled or charter); hotel accommodation; serviced apartments; rail; meetings and events; TMC fees; corporate payment cards; car rental; ground transportation/taxi/chauffeur drive or traveller security.
Spouse and partner activities
VIP Hosted Buyers’ spouses and partners are not eligible for any of the benefits available to VIP Hosted Buyers. However, Hosted Buyers may bring partners at their own cost. Details are available from info@businesstravelmarket.co.uk
Cancellation policy
Any Hosted Buyer cancelling his/her place less than 14 days from departure for Business Travel Market, may be liable for his/her accommodation and travel costs and may not be entitled to VIP Hosted Buyer status in future events.
Hosted Buyers failing to attend a pre-arranged meeting may be liable to a cancellation fee, the fee to be levied at the discretion of the organisers. Hosted Buyers not arriving for pre-booked hotels may be liable for the cost of the room.
