Following the announcement of Business Travel Market’s co-location alongside World Travel Market (WTM) in November 2013, the exhibition has already announced its first strategic partnership, a year out from the show. Global Hospitality Services (GHS), a representation company for independent hotels, will be the exclusive accommodation partner for the new joint venture.
Global Hospitality Services is a professional sales and marketing support company for independent hotels specialising in targeted global sales activity, bespoke marketing distribution and public relations support. As the name suggests, GHS represents hotels all over the globe; including Grange Hotels, London's leading independent hotel group with over 2,000 bedrooms in London. Grange Hotels will be providing bedrooms and the venue for the pre-exhibition event.
Organisers will accommodate the acclaimed Business Travel Market Hosted Buyers® from across the UK and Europe in three of Grange Hotel’s 5* properties. The group will also sponsor the Hosted Buyers® Programme Reception on the evening of 5th November 2013, the night before Business Travel Market opens.
Linda Bekoe VP for Global Corporate Sales and Marketing, GHS, said “GHS are delighted to be appointed the Official Accommodation Partner for Business Travel Market 2013. We’re looking forward to welcoming Europe’s key travel managers to one of our luxury London hotels. The event’s alignment with WTM will provide an ideal opportunity for GHS hotels and business travel professionals to meet and both develop and enhance relationships.”
Business Travel Market’s Exhibition Director, Paul Robin stated, “One of the main issues we faced when deciding to move the show alongside WTM in November was whether we would be able to accommodate our Hosted Buyers®. So it is not only pleasing to know a year in advance that they will be staying within easy access to ExCeL London, but also that they will be very well looked after by our Official Accommodation Partner.”
Business Travel Market 2013 will run from 6-7 November 2013.
