Latest: ASSOCIATIONS LINE UP TO SUPPORT BUSINESS TRAVEL MARKET 2010

Business Travel Market, the conference & exhibition for European travel buyers today announced an impressive list of partnerships with leading industry associations at the launch of its second annual event.

BTM founder Paul Robin revealed that The Institute of Travel & Meetings (ITM) has become a partner and will be devising a stream of five conference sessions themed ‘Innovation’ that will be open to all attendees, free of charge, on 16th & 17th June at London’s ExCeL.

ITM will also be promoting Business Travel Market to its buyer members, many of whom will be eligible for VIP Hosted Buyer status at BTM, which is the only corporate travel event to operate a fully hosted programme. This entitles accredited buyers spending over €300,000 a year to free travel and complimentary accommodation over the two-days. Read more..

What is Business Travel Market?

Business Travel Market is the only corporate travel event in the UK that offers a fully hosted buyer programme to European corporate travel decision makers spending over €300,000 per annum.

We are also the only conference and exhibition that buyers and suppliers can attend, free of charge.

Up to 500 VIP Hosted Buyers will join 3,000 non-hosted buyers and suppliers from every sector of the business travel and hospitality industries for meaningful meetings, to share best practice, and to make new business contacts in a relaxed and informal environment.

A sophisticated meetings diary system allows buyers and exhibitors to pre-plan their time at the event, request and accept meetings and book spaces at our conference sessions. Exhibitors and buyers have access to detailed information about each other, ensuring that every meeting counts.

So delegates make the most of their time out of the office, whilst exhibitors enjoy a fully quantifiable Return on Investment by measuring the number of effective meetings that take place.
